mother's name is Lois Gamble. You 
are the youngest of 4 girls. Father 
is Efraim Quiones. He is of Latin 
descent. Your mother is African 
American. You were born in the 
Bronx, New York City. We lived 
at 1368 Sheridan Avenue, Bronx, 
NY 10456. You were between the 
age of 6-9 months when you were 
stolen from us. I remember the
incident vaguely. I was about 6 
or 7 years old. Your father took 
you away from us because of a 
dispute he had with our mother. 
She suspected that he may have 
taken you to Puerto Rico to escape 
criminal charges. When she tried 
to report the incident to police, 
they would not help her. She gave
up and has been broken-hearted 
ever since.  Your sisters names 
are; Zelvena and Quelletta. Our 
mother will be 57 on November 30,
